Deanna had a challenge working with a couple going thru a nasty divorce and mediate getting the results needed to push the sale of the house. She has great negotiating skills and knows how to work with the clients in order to get the process thru. I admire her diligence, patience and energy. She had a lot of hoops to jump thru. The other agent at Coldwell Banker was a nightmare and so unprofessional. The other agent brought by 3 different inspectors that trashed my house for 5 & 1/2 hours, even when i asked them to wrap it up and leave because of my health.
